- If a product fault is found within 30 days of purchase, customers may choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

- If a product fault is found after 30 days, the item will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The item will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's decision. Customers may contact the manufacturer directly for an expedited warranty claim, or we are available to assist with the process.

- Please note that physical or liquid damage is not covered by the warranty.

- An inspection fee will apply to returns where no fault is found.

- Please return the item within 10 business days after the RMA is granted.

- We recognize that preferences may sometimes change after a purchase. To accommodate this, we provide a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.

- Return Condition: Please ensure the product is in brand-new, sealed, and unopened condition, with its complete original packaging. Please note that a partial refund of up to 80% may be applied if the product's packaging has been opened or if the product has been used. The specific refund amount will depend on the overall condition of the returned item. Please ensure that all accessories are returned with the product.

- Postage Deduction: For items supplied with free postage, a deduction of $10.80 will apply to parcels weighing less than 1 kg. Postage costs for bulkier items will vary and will be determined based on both the weight and the delivery location.

- Return Postage: Please note that return postage is your responsibility. To ensure a smooth return process, please securely package the product and consider using Registered Post with tracking for added security.
