  • Return Policy - Faulty Products

  • - If a product fault is found within 30 days of purchase, customers may choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

    - If a product fault is found after 30 days, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The item will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's decision. Customers can contact the manufacturer directly for expedited warranty claims, or we are available to assist.

    - Please note that physical or liquid damage is not covered by the warranty.

    - An inspection fee will be applied for returns where no fault is found.

  • Return Policy - Change of Mind

  • We recognise that sometimes preferences change after a purchase. To accommodate this, we provide a 30-day return policy for change of mind returns.

    Return Condition: Ensure the product is in a brand-new, sealed, and unopened condition, with its complete original packaging. Please note a partial refund of 80% will be applied if the product's packaging is opened or if the product is used. The specific amount depends on the overall condition of the returned item. Please ensure that all accessories are returned along with the product.

    Postage Deduction: For items with free postage, a deduction of $10.80 will be applied for parcels weighing less than 1kg. The postage costs for bulkier items will vary and be determined by both the weight and the delivery location.

    Return Postage: Please note that the return postage is your responsibility. Ensure a smooth return process by securely packaging the product and consider using Registered Post with tracking for added security.
