Membership Type: 

       Individual Broker                        Dues: $260.00

*Shall be a licensed Employing Broker who is certified by a local board or by individual membership approved by the Board of Directors and shall have one (1) full vote in all annual membership meetings. 

       Associate Members                     Dues: $250.00

*Shall be those individual Brokers who hold a license under any member Real Estate Employing Broker as an Agent/Broker and shall have one-half (1/2) vote in all annual meetings. 

       Allied Associate Member              Dues: $220.00

*Shall be those individual Brokers who hold a license under any non-member Real Estate Employing Broker as an Agent/Broker and shall have one0half (1/2) vote in all annual meetings. 

       Allied Member                            Dues: $300.00

(Mortgage Companies/Lenders/Banks/Attorneys Appraisers, Inspectors, Contractors)   *Shall be those individuals, associations, organizations, co-partnerships and corporations engaged in business allied to real estate and shall have one quarter (1/4) vote in all annual meetings. 

       Allied Subscription                      Dues: $175.00 

Community Member/Small business (include ALL small businesses: local restuarants, home cleaning, lawn service, marketing and communication business) and shall have one quarter )1/4) vote in all annual meetings. 

       Corporate Membership

2-3 Corporate representatives, each shall separate voting rights (1/4) vote in all annual meetings, PLEASE request the CORPORATE application at info@narebsoutherncolorado.org
