Types of OFCP Memberships
Lifetime Membership - Individuals with cerebral palsy:
- Lifetime Memberships for individuals with cerebral palsy are required to pay a one-time fee of $10.00
- Individuals with cerebral palsy that have Canada-Ukraine authorization for emergency travel are eligible to waive the $10.00 Lifetime Membership fee.
- Individuals who have cerebral palsy are members or clients of an organization that has an active OFCP Group Membership will have their Lifetime Membership fee of $10.00 waived.
OFCP's Lifetime Membership is open to all people with cerebral palsy. Lifetime Members are eligible to access personalized system navigation services and apply for funding assistance from the OFCP. Funding assistance can be directed towards things like equipment, vacations, travel expenses, and accessing community based programs. This membership does not expire and present member benefits can be accessed in perpetuity - based on their availability. Lifetime Members will also receive up-to-date information on the OFCP as well as new funding, services, and research opportunities.
Individual Membership - Individuals that do not have cerebral palsy:
- Individuals that do not have cerebral palsy and would still like to support OFCP and access OFCP Membership rights (exluding funding applications) are able to purchase an Individual Membership.
- Individual Members are required to pay an annual membership fee of $20.00 managed through a PayPal subcription service.
OFCP's Individual Membership allows an individual to support the OFCP and access personalized system navigation services and mail-outs concerning OFCP and CP related information. This membership is perfect for parents, guardians, family members, professionals, and community supporters.
Group Membership - Groups that support clients with cerebral palsy:
- Groups that provide a service to individuals that have cerebral palsy and would still like to support OFCP and access OFCP Group Membership rights (exluding funding applications) are able to purchase a Group Membership.
- As a Group Member, individuals associated with your group are eligible for Lifetime Memberships with the $10.00 fee waived.
- Group Members are required to pay an annual membership fee of $100.00 managed through a PayPal subcription service.
OFCP's Group Membership is perfect for non-profit organizations who provide services to people with cerebral palsy. Group Membership grants the organization a dedicated page on OFCP’s website, the ability to promote services, programs, and events on OFCPs website. This membership also grants fee-less Lifetime Memberships for all applicable individuals associated with the Group Member.
