Brief Description of Design(s)*
Please be specific and focussed with your idea. Eg, type of flower/shell/leaf/bird etc. It's much easier for me if I have a very clear idea of what design you would like.
Tattoo size in centimeters*
Measuring with a ruler, please provide an estimated size at the longest measurement. Eg - 8cm long. For flash designs, please ensure the size requested is within the min/max size stated on the individual design. If you are requesting more than one tattoo, or you are giving a few choices of flash designs, please include the size of each design.
Placement*
Please be specific - Eg. Inner forearm, mid calf, back of arm above elbow. Please note that I ONLY tattoo arms and legs. If you are requesting more than one tattoo, or you are giving a few choices of flash designs, please include the placement of each design. We will have a play with various placements at the start of your appointment.
Please upload a clear photo (taken in natural light) of the placement area on your body.*

This helps me in giving an accurate quote, assess the condition of your skin, and to see if we need to negotiate around any skin conditions, moles, scarring and other tattoos. I can not give you an appointment without this.

For pre-drawn flash designs - Please upload screenshots from my instagram highlights flash in order of your preference. If a design is on my feed but not included on my hightlights, this means it is no longer available, but I can create something similar for you as a bespoke design.

For bespoke requests - Please upload a clear reference image for me to take inspiration from. This can be a photograph of a natural object or a vintage natural history illustration. I recommend sourcing images via stock image websites.

Tip - If you search for your chosen object followed by "isolated" you can find some great, very clear images. For example - "scallop shell isolated". This makes my job much easier.

Please do not upload tattoos or designs by other tattoo artists.

I politely ask that you do not share any stories/reasons/meaning behind your choice on the form, but I'm happy for you to talk about any reason/meaning during your appointment if you'd like to.
