Terms and Conditions for Faith Defines Us Ambassador Program:
Requirements Modification: Faith Defines Us reserves the right to modify the requirements for brand ambassadors at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to ensure continued compliance with the updated requirements.
Termination of Relationship: Faith Defines Us reserves the right to terminate the relationship between Faith Defines Us and brand ambassadors at its discretion. This termination may occur if an ambassador fails to adhere to the program's requirements, engages in conduct inconsistent with the values of Faith Defines Us, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Faith Defines Us.
Notice of Termination: In the event that Faith Defines Us decides to terminate the relationship with a brand ambassador, the ambassador will be notified in writing via email or other appropriate communication channels. The termination will be effective immediately upon receipt of such notice.
Return of Materials: Upon termination of the relationship, ambassadors are required to return any promotional materials, products, or assets provided by Faith Defines Us. Failure to do so may result in legal action to recover the value of these items.
Consequences of Termination: Termination of the relationship may result in the loss of ambassador benefits, including but not limited to exclusive discounts, free merch, and access to new products.
Appeals Process: Ambassadors have the right to appeal the termination decision within a specified time frame after receiving notice. Appeals must be submitted in writing, and Faith Defines Us will review and respond in a timely manner.
By participating in the Faith Defines Us Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Faith Defines Us reserves the right to update these terms as needed, and ambassadors will be notified of any changes.
