  • Fair and Transparent 'Terms & Conditions'
  • The act of agreeing to T&Cs without reading eventually results in unnecessary arguments, conflicts, and a bad emotional state of mind. At UCP Group Inc., we believe in being fair and transparent. Hence, all our policies and procedures would be presented as part of this application form. So, for joining the course with us, we expect you to spend a reasonable time in reading and understanding the sections (around 20+ minutes) before you agree to them and move on to the next section. Most of the sections on this application form would take you between 10-30 seconds to complete. There are a few sections that could take up to 2-3 minutes or more. This application form would serve as a contract of service between 'You' as the 'Customer' and 'UCP Group Inc.' as the 'Service Provider'. A copy of this application form would be emailed to you upon request following completion of this application. A person who is not a party to the agreement (including without limitation your sponsor) shall not have any rights under or in connection with the agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These terms shall be governed by UK, London law and you, and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the united kingdom courts.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy
  • Kindly go through the full explanation to make yourself aware of what you are agreeing to. You MUST agree to this in order to continue with the course.
Our staff comes to work to support learners, and it is important for all members of the public and our staff to be treated with respect. We aim to treat our learners courteously at all times and expect our learners to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff very seriously. If a learner is violent or abusive, they will be asked to stop. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our online course. We have a Zero Tolerance policy, whereby aggressive or violent behaviour (written, verbal or physical) towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone giving abuse to members of staff (written, verbal or physical) will be sent an email from our team stating that this behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in them being removed from the course. There will be no appeal process for this. Any incident of threatening, abusive or violent behaviour may be reported to the local Police Service as part of this policy. We hope that you will understand and welcome this policy which is in place for the best interests of our hard-working staff as well as all the learners we serve. Any non-observance of this policy will not be accepted.

  • Theory Coursework & Practical Observation(s): No. of attempts & outcomes
  • Kindly go through the full explanation to make yourself aware of what you are agreeing to. You MUST agree to this in order to continue with the course.

You get a maximum of 3 attempts to submit your coursework (including resubmissions) e.g. for a theory assignment, you could submit your 1st attempt, the assessor would mark it and provide feedback. You would have 2 more attempts to pass this assignment. You must consider the submission attempts seriously as you would FAIL an assessment if it does not PASS within the 3 attempts. This would eventually lead to a FAIL on the course. The impetus is for you to value your time as well as the assessor's time. The possible outcomes to your assignment submission could be a PASS, REFER or FAIL.
