Filling out this form for 2025 will put you on our waitlist. Sophie will begin 2025 Bookings and contact those on waitlist in July/August of 2024.

Astral Beauty Bar's Makeup Artists travel fee is calculated by the mile from 102 Monumental Street, Archbold, OH. 

Archbold Weddings will have a flat travel fee of $20.

Out of town/state weddings will have a $1 per 1 mile travel fee. If required to travel 50-100 miles, the first 20 miles will be free. If required to travel 200+ miles, the first 100 miles will be free.  

If an overnight stay is needed for makeup artist, bride will be asked to provide artist(s) with a hotel room. 

Astral Beauty Bar's makeup team requires a $50 deposit to secure your date. $50 deposit will go towards brides makeup on wedding day. If Bride is not receiving makeup services from Astral Beauty Bar, bride will still pay $50 deposit to secure your booking.
