Lövsta Stuteri AB and the above mentioned Buyer agree upon the following: 

• Lövsta Stuteri AB herewith gives the Buyer permission to use frozen semen of the stallion {stallion} for ICSI of the collected egg cells of the hereafter named mare: {mareName} with UELN: {mareUelnregistration} for frozen embryo production.
• The semen is and will at all times be owned by Lövsta Stuteri AB and will be authorized to be used solely by Lövsta Stuteri AB or Advanced Breeding Concepts Inc. D/B/A WellGrove Breeders (Agent) at a mutually-agreed upon ICSI laboratory.  The transport costs of the semen to the ICSI facility and its return to Agent, if any, will be paid for by Buyer.
• Permission to use the frozen semen will be authorized after payment of {contractPrice} and after the completed and signed agreement is in the possession of Lövsta Stuteri AB or Agent.
• The Buyer is entitled to produce embryos only during the calendar year of the date of this signed agreement unless otherwise agreed by Lövsta Stuteri AB or Agent.  In the event that no embryos are produced from any ICSI session performed, a non-gestation declaration assigned by the veterinarian must be provided before use of the semen is authorized for another ICSI session.  A maximum of 3 ICSI sessions will be authorized for this contract unless otherwise agreed to by Seller.
• In the event that more than one embryo is produced from any ICSI session AND either implanted or frozen, the Buyer shall notify Seller of such and will be charged an amount of {contractPrice} for each additional embryo.
• If no embryos are produced there is no right to any compensation.
• The Buyer authorizes the ICSI facility and or its representatives to inform the Owner or Agent directly about the information mentioned above.
• Should any of the conditions included in this agreement be violated, a fine of $5,000 may be imposed.

• The first ICSI session authorization will be made after payment of the invoice amount and after Seller  has received the signed contract.
