Pre-registration is required for our support groups. Babies up to one year of age are welcome, but please, no siblings. You will receive an email from the Support Group facilitator within the next 48 hours to confirm your registration and welcome you to the group!
We welcome and support families, inclusive of their race, ethnicity, immigration status, national origin, creed, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, family structure, primary language, ability, or socio-economic status.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
The Eastham and Harwich Support Groups are faciliatated by Becky Fischer.
Becky is a certified lactation counselor, postpartum doula, and holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology. She works with families on the Lower and Outer Cape. Becky believes passionately in nurturing new moms through the joys and challenges of motherhood, and supporting their adjustment and mental health. Becky runs her own business, Early Care. In addition, she works with the Center for Breastfeeding, runs a weekly Mom Support Group in Eastham, and writes a weekly blog. Becky is married with three young adult children.

The Falmouth Support Groups are facilitated by Shelby Riley, LICSW
Shelby is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) that since becoming a mom in 2017, has had a career switch to maternal mental health. In addition to providing new mom support groups in the Falmouth area, Shelby also works for the Coalition for Children running wellness stroller walks and children's play groups. She has had previous experience working with families in Early Intervention and as a school counselor/ social worker. Shelby is married and has three young children (6 year old twins and a one year old). After her fertility journey through IVF and managing postpartum anxiety and depression, Shelby wants to provide other moms with a supportive space to help navigate the physical, mental, and emotional transformations that come with new motherhood.
