Audition/Registration

Production fee is $300.00. Cast member will receive 15 opportunity tickets to sell at $10 each. Attendance at the shows is free. Production fees cover artistic team stipends and costuming, sets and props.
Agreement*

I am the financially responsible parent/guardian for this child and I agree to the financial commitment and our family will provide 10 parent volunteer support hours for the show.

Liability Release*

**On behalf of myself and my minor child, I hereby release and agree to hold St John’s Lutheran Church & School, KIDS Musical Theater, The City of Orange, and Pitcher Park Foundation harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act by any of St John’s Lutheran Church & School, KMT, City of Orange, or Pitcher Park Foundation volunteers, staff /employee, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from St John's Lutheran Church & School, KMT, City of Orange, and Pitcher Park Foundation. **I understand that this release discharges St John’s Lutheran Church & School, KIDS Musical Theater, The City of Orange, and Pitcher Park Foundation from any liability or claim that I, my child, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against St John’s Lutheran Church & School with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from St John’s Lutheran Church & School. This liability waiver and release extends to all volunteers and/or employees/staff of St John’s Lutheran Church & School.
