Terms & Conditions:
1. Medical Treatment:
- Staff may administer necessary first aid or medical treatment in urgent situations.
2. First Aid Supplies:
- Staff may utilise antiseptic wipes and/or plasters as needed, unless contraindicated by allergy information.
3. Parental Presence:
- Parents of children aged 5 and under are required to remain on-site during programme activities.
- Parents of children aged 5 and above are permitted to remain on-site but are not required to do so.
4. Attendance Policy:
- Attendance is crucial. Parents must promptly notify Youth Pathway of any absences by emailing us.
- If a child misses two consecutive lessons without prior notification, we reserve the right to withdraw their space and offer it to another child on the waiting list.
5. Contact Information:
- Parents must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details including email address and phone number.
- All important updates and communications will be conveyed via email. It is the parent's responsibility to regularly check and read these emails.
6. Responsibility for Information:
- Youth Pathway cannot be held liable for any missed or overlooked information if it was communicated via email but not read by the parent.
7. Notification of Changes:
- Parents are required to promptly inform Youth Pathway of any relevant changes regarding their child or personal circumstances.
- If someone other than the parent will be picking up the child, written notice including the individual's full name and contact number must be sent to info@youthpathway.co.uk.
8. Photography and Videography:
- Staff may capture photographs and videos of your child participating in the Youth Pathway: projects, strictly for use on Youth Pathway's official social media accounts.
- Identifiable media may also be utilised on Youth Pathway's website and other social media platforms. If you wish to withdraw consent, please contact us at info@youthpathway.co.uk.
- Additionally, parents consent to their child participating in media events, including potential interviews with local media outlets. Parents will be notified if their child is chosen to speak to the media.
9. Data Protection:
- Any personal information collected will be securely stored and handled in compliance with the 1998 Data Protection Act.
- This information will be used solely for the purpose of informing you about services and family events that may be beneficial to you and/or your child.
