III. Commitment

To graduate from the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS® Leadership Program, a participant is expected to attend ALL full-day sessions. (Breakfast and lunch are included in all sessions. Hotel stay for overnight retreat is included in the program fee)

March 27th – 28th, 2024: MODULE 1 - Learning to Lead- Overnight Retreat (Both full days with dinner on March 27th - San Antonio, TX)
April 25th, 2024: MODULE 2 - Your Role as a leader
May 23rd, 2024: MODULE 3 - The Business of Associations
June 20th, 2024: MODULE 4 - Inclusive Decision Making
July 25, 2024: MODULE 7 - Law, Legislature, and the Texas REALTOR® (One day trip to Capitol Building in Austin, TX.
August 22, 2024: MODULE 5 - Spokesperson Training: Facilitated by Texas REALTORS®
September 19th, 2024: MODULE 6 - Personal Sustainability
October 18th, 2024: MODULE 8 - Graduation
The cost for the GMAR’s Texas REALTORS Leadership Program is $650 and is due and payable upon acceptance into the program. All payments must be made in full on or before Friday, March 1st, 2024. - Please indicate by selecting "YES" that you have read this information.
