This form is required for all services that include online meetings, i.e., the Annual Course, Monthly Seminar, and Long-Term Circle. It establishes our agreements with one another regarding privacy, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and the sanctity of these gatherings.
Confidentiality & Privacy. Every online meeting participant is entitled to privacy and confidentiality. This is a shared responsibility. By registering, you agree to protect the identities of participants. Specifically, you agree to 1) ensure that you are watching our meetings in a secure location with complete privacy; 2) not disclose any information about participants to outsiders, including their names and anything they chose to share; and 3) not record any portion of the course yourself.
Video & Privacy. Our meetings are being video recorded. Recordings will be made available online for current and future participants. Participants will be able to see one another during the live meeting, however, will not have their faces captured on the video recording. If you choose to speak at any time during the live broadcast (e.g., asking a question, working one-on-one with Kelly) then your first name and your voice will be on the video recording. If you want to ask or answer a question and do not want your voice to be captured on the video recording, then send a chat message directly to the meeting host and she will ask Kelly the question on your behalf.
Conflict of Interest. There is no way to prevent conflict of interest when gathering a group for the first time. If you arrive in the meeting room, and discover that you know another participant whom you are unwilling to participate with, then please take care of yourself by exiting the meeting. Sanctity & Appropriation. Our purpose is to accompany one another in our individual paths toward self-awareness and acceptance. Please do not violate this sanctity by distributing, appropriating, or commodifying the material in any way. Feel free to teach what you learn and assimilate because of participation in this course.
