WSNC Event Reimbursement
Eligibility: This is an event reimbursement grant for mileage to the below events as well as one (annual), 1-night hotel accommodation ($200 maximum) applying only to WSNC players attending a WSNC event including the following:

- WWTA Up/Down Polar Doubles

- Wheel Serve NC Open "On Tap"

- Winston Salem Open

- Wheel Serve It Up

Reimbursement only applies to out-of-town players and cannot be used if the event is held in the area or your program (i.e. WS Cary players and Polar Doubles or WS Charlotte players and WSNC Open, etc).

A screenshot of your mileage is required to process payment and if applying for accommodation, then please upload the hotel invoice. Thank you!
