The Healthy Calaveras Collaborative (HCC) has been established to impact the health outcomes of people who live in Calaveras by organizing community members, combining resources, and promoting a shared vision for a better community. HCC participants are encouraged to share resources, activities, and services aimed at improving the lives of families, children, and individuals of Calaveras. HCC meetings are held four times a year in different locations throughout Calaveras county. Virtual and in-person attendance options are available.
