  • 3. How am I expressing my Spirituality? What ritual(s) am I using?

    (e.g.; meditation, connect with nature, journaling)
  • Step 3: Explore Play

  • 1. How do I want to support my Physical needs?

    (e.g.; yoga, walking, kickboxing, resting)
  • 2. How do I want to expand my Spiritual practice? What ritual(s) do I want to deepen/explore?

    (e.g.; meditation, connect w/ nature, journaling)
