Please note that this payment plan is created to support you and ALL payments must be upheld. Please ensure that you are committed to the program and payment plan upon signing as this is legall binding and you are liable for all payments.

Payment Plans: 12x weekly $41.66, 3x monthly $166.66, 6x monthly $83.33

The entry enrolment is for 12 months access to the online course only, kit is included.

Kit includes: Mannequin head, training lashes, practice pads, 2x tweezers , lash adhesive, lash tile, glue stone, glue stone stickers, mascara wands, micro brushes, lip applicator, fan or air blower, remover, eye pads, lash tape, lash primer, nanometer, hygrometer, alcohol pads, rinse bottle, lint free wipes, classic Lash Extension trays & loose Volume fan trays.

General Terms and conditions

• All payment agreements must be completed and paid in full during the agreed period of time.
• It is your responsibility to keep up with payments.
• Mel Jay LTD offers no refunds on any courses once access is granted which is immediately given after first payment is received.
• All property within any courses or programs in the lash stash academy is the property of Mel Jay LTD and theft of the content will result in legal action.
• If applicant/student is needing to extend payment plan due to hardship this may be negotiated at the discretion of Mel Jay LTD but must be communicated via email by the applicant/student to hello@thelashstash.co
• If student/applicant falls behind by 4 weeks, $100 dishonour fee will be applied and access to the online course will be removed with the full remaining balance + dishonour fee will be forwarded on to an external debt collector agency where student will be responsible for all and any additional fees applied.
• If applicable Applicant/student understands that this course is self led and must complete certification within the 12 month enrolment period, applicant/student takes full responsibility for this.
• You will have your certifications emailed to you once all payment plans are completed not before.
• Your payment day is on the same day you make payment (Eg if weekly and made on a Tuesday your payments are on that day, if it is monthly it is on the same date each month).
• All payments are done via direct debit.
• Repeated breach of your payment plan will result in access to your course being revoked and the payment plan will need to be paid in full to remain in the course.

LASH FOUNDATIONS KIT INFO - If applicable your kit will be shipped after 4x weekly payments has been received once on its way you will receive an email with a tracking number. Kits ARE NOT shipped prior to these payments.

EDUCATOR TERMS:

• Grant of Rights:The Owner hereby grants to the Reseller the non-exclusive right to use and distribute the course content for teeth whitening for the purpose of teaching and educating students in the Reseller's own educational courses or programs.
  Limitations:The Reseller may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the Course to any third party for the purpose of allowing them to create or offer their own educational courses or programs. The Reseller may only use the Course for their own educational purposes.
  Ownership:The Owner retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Course, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the Course to the Reseller.
  Payment Plans:If the reseller fails to complete any payment they lose all resale rights to this course.
• You will receive an email with transfer of ownership for website once this is transferred you are not eligible for another webiste, it is your responsibility to keep access to your own website once ownership is transferred
