After signing your listing agreement and introducing us as your Listing Coordinators, there are many tasks that you could delegate including, but not limited to:

- Listing instructions, and input the listing to your MLS and showing center. We will also establish your back office compliance.

As soon as your listing is under contract, you may convert the listing to a Contract-to-close transaction to free up even more time.
