If you do qualify for the FREE food and admission and do not complete the form you will be charged for your sessions.
It is very important that you fully understand who qualifies for the FREE admission and FREE food.
If YOUR child has an EHCP, they and one adult will qualify for the FREE admission and FREE food.
If YOUR child or children gets Free school meals (INCOME RELATED ONLY), they and parents/carers will qualify for the FREE admission and FREE food.
If you have more than one child who qualifies, you must submit a form for each child, or they will NOT get a Free place.
