If granted a scholarship I grant the Aloha Wine Foundation and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use my photograph, image and/or voice to be used in, but not limited to, the following ways: Intranet accessible by members only, website and internet accessible via the World Wide Web to anyone, social media, newsletter, editorial, advertising, annual report and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter photographs without restriction, and to register copyrights on the images. I further understand that no special compensation will be provided to me for use of my image and that I may not be informed in advance of the specific use of my image. I am participating as a volunteer. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or to the eventual use that it might be applied. I release Aloha Wine Foundation, its officers, members and agents, from any and all claims of harm and liability as a result of any distortion, blurring, or alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise which may occur from making, showing, using or distributing these photographs/video. I hereby release Aloha Wine Foundation and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images. Upon passing an exam or wine course I will submit a photo with my certificate and a written thank you note to share with the donors of Aloha Wine Foundation.
