Puppy Application

Owning a dog is a lifetime commitment. They are a member of the family and are not to be taken in lightly. We want to get to know you so we can see if we are the family breeder for you. By completing our application, we get to know you and what you are looking for. A $500 deposit (nonrefundable, but transferable to another puppy of equal value or future litter) is required to hold a spot. All pet homes are $3000 (No breeding rights). Guardian homes are $2500 (No breeding rights, must live in Wisconsin), but come with financial incentives (if breeding quality), Co-Ownership $3000, and full breeding rights pricing is to be discussed.

Breeding quality pups are sold based on pick placement. You buy whichever spot is available.

- Completing this application is a step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Brand Name Bullies, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
  
  APPROVAL AND PAYMENT: We will review applications within 5 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your application seems like you may be a good fit, we will notify you. We breed on a scheduled cycle, so we will only accept payments when puppies are expected or actually available. During pregnancy, approved homes will receive a link to make a nominal commitment payment on a puppy, and links will be sent out in the order applications were received. Please make this payment within 48 hours of the approval e-mail.
  
  YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be assigned in payment order by the first or second preference of the payment or as indicated on the application.
  
  GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age.
  
  CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason, it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.
  
  REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our excellent family companions come with registration papers to the ABKC. You are free to register your dog with the ABKC.
