Terms & Conditions | Rental Agreement
By renting the space with an inflatable and/or other party rentals from LoveTree Lane, LLC dba Island Inflatables WA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon reservation time and ends at the agreed-upon end time. You can enter the space 1 hour before your reservation time for set up and decoration. Any extension or changes to the rental period must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Rental Fees: By accepting this agreement, you commit to settling the agreed-upon rental fees, along with any applicable taxes or surcharges stated in the invoice issued by Island Inflatables WA. During checkout, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total balance is required to confirm your reservation. The entire payment must be completed two weeks (14 days) before your reservation, unless alternative arrangements are made. Failure to make the payment by the specified date will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
3. Credit Cards on File: Your credit card information is automatically encrypted and securely stored in our reservation platform for record-keeping purposes. We do not have visibility into any details of your card. Charges for late cancellations, damage, or cleaning fees, as well as any outstanding balances past the due date, will be automatically processed using the stored credit card information.
4. Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and signed rental agreement. Island Inflatables WA reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment or signed rental agreement is not received within the specified time frame.
5. Safety Guidelines/Instruction: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Island Inflatables WA, including but not limited to the proper use of the inflatable, maximum occupancy limits, and supervision of children at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the rental without a refund.
6. Supervision: You are responsible for supervising the rented equipment at all times during the rental period, ensuring that only compatible age groups and sizes use the equipment, and the equipment is not overloaded.
7. Equipment Use: You will use the rented equipment and space in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety instructions provided by Island Inflatables WA. The equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose and not modified in any way.
8. Renter Responsibilities: You are responsible for setting up and removing all decorations that you bring into the space for the event. You agree to leave the rental space in the best condition as you can with the understanding that Island Inflatables cleans the rental equipment used.
9. Liability: You assume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the inflatable during the rental period. Island Inflatables shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damages, or disruptions to your event.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations within 2 weeks (14 days) of the rental reservation date are not eligible for refunds. The 25% non-refundable deposit serves as an alternative to a late cancellation charge. The sole exception to this policy is for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, as specified below.
11.Damage or Loss: You commit to returning the inflatable in the condition it was received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any damages or loss of the inflatable and its accessories during the rental period are your responsibility, and you may incur charges for repair or replacement costs. You agree to be financially responsible for any damages to the event space or its contents caused by yourself or your guests during the rental period.
12.Weather Conditions: Island Inflatables WA reserved the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Island Inflatables WA is not responsible for bad weather, disruption of electrical service and/or unfavorable conditions that may arise. For a weather-related cancellation to qualify for a 50% refund or a raincheck, it must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Refunds/Rainchecks will not be issued if our delivery truck is already en-route. Additionally, if we are unable to reach you by phone regarding weather concerns, no refund or raincheck will be provided.
13. Refund Policy: If a refund is eligible for any reason following the reservation being made, the client is responsible for covering the non-refundable processing fee. This fee is part of the non-refundable deposit initially paid to secure the reservation.
14. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Island Inflatables WA harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the rented equipment and rental space.
By renting space and party equipment from Island Inflatables WA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, and that you will comply with them while in your possession.
