Halftix for Shows with Festival Managed Ticketing

This form should be used by anyone at a Festival Managed Venue (including Arts Centre Melbourne - Fairfax Studio) or selling tickets through the Festival's ticketing system - Red61.

This form submits your Halftix allocations to both Halftix and MICF Ticketing. Punters will be able to purchase vouchers for half-priced tickets on the day of performance from the Halftix office at 208 Little Collins St or on the Halftix website, and can redeem these at the Venue Box Office. There are no guarantees for a same day listing if this form is received later than 10am on the day of performance.

Tickets allocated to be sold at Halftix are removed from general sale so we only allow maximum of 10 tickets at a time unless otherwise negotiated. We recommend submitting allocations on a daily or weekly basis, rather than for your full run.

NB: Halftix will sell for Sunday shows from Saturday and Public Holiday shows from the previous working day. Any unsold Halftix are released back to general sale at Halftix COB. 

Please select show dates below and enter show time, quantity of tickets you wish to sell on Halftix and the normal adult ticket price for each day.

If you have a Preview or a Tightarse Tuesday price, please list this (it saves us from looking it up and changing it anyway.

NB: Proceeds from Halftix sales will be released through MICF settlement, after the festival.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR FORM WE WILL PROCESS YOUR HALFTIX ALLOCATIONS AS A HOLD WHICH WILL COME OFF YOUR TOTAL CAPACITY.

ON THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE ANY UNSOLD HALFTIX WILL BE RETURNED TO SALE WHEN THE FINAL HALFTIX SALES ARE CONFIRMED.
