VENDOR RULES & INFORMATION
1. Date & Location: Friday, May 30 from 7pm till 10pm and Saturday, May31 from 10am until 7pm; Depot Square, Downtown Angier, NC.
2. Applications & Space Assignments: Assignments are made on a first come, first served basis. You may purchase more than one space if the standard 10’ x 10’ is insufficient. In your best interest, tents should be used for heat and sun protection. You will need to provide your own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Payment must accompany applications in order to be processed.
3. Payment and Notification:

b. Email invoice for online payment
An email will be sent upon receipt of application and payment. Assignment notices will be emailed out approximately 24-48 hours before the event.
4. Set-Up & Break Down: The Angier Bike Fest runs Friday from 7 until 10pm and Saturday from 10am until 7pm. There will be no formal vendor registration or check-in. Note to vendors not located on grassy area: In no case are stakes to be driven into cement or asphalt. Any vendor doing so will be asked to remove them and will be subjected to a fine to offset damage to concrete or asphalt.
If you choose to participate Friday night, set up must be completed by 6pm. You may leave your vendor spot set up thru the night, but there will be NO security in place. You are responsible for making sure your items are safe and secure.
For Saturday morning, set up must be complete by 9:00 am and all vehicles removed from the vendor area by that time. Any vendors not at the venue by this time will not be allowed access and no refund will be given. You are not required to stay until 8pm – that option is yours. Note that Angier Bike Fest Association, Inc. is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of property. If you are not in place or arrive late, your space may not be available. In this case no refunds will be given.
5. Trash & Clean Up: Trash receptacles will be provided for all participants throughout the event grounds. Vendors are expected to keep their area clean and orderly. If you are a food vendor, a 30-gallon trash receptacle must be placed at your booth for customer use. We appreciate your cooperation with clean up.
6. Restricted Items: The Angier Bike Fest is a family-oriented event. Crowd annoyance items such as String in a Can, Pop ‘N Snaps, and water shooting devices are not permitted. Also, no profanity or public displays of items we deem offensive to individuals or groups are permitted. Items associated with alcohol, tobacco, weapons and illegal substances are strictly forbidden. 7. Refund Policy: Application fees will be deposited upon receipt. Automatic refunds will be made to any vendor not accepted. No refunds will be given due to weather or vendor cancellation. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE FINAL.
