Questions/Requests
Please check all of the following: "I Understand"
*
I must start games on time.
I must always write the final score down on a sheet of paper, ensure the correct score is in the scorebook, and text the final score to the tournament director. I must text the final score to the tournament director even if he/she is standing right beside me.
I must give each team 3 minutes to warm up and must start the 3 minutes as soon as the prior game is over. If a game ends at 8:40am and the next games doesn't start until 8:50am, then you can give both teams 8-9 minutes to warm up. I understand that I must factor in teams going into the huddle and receiving final words from coaches.
I must give each team 2 minutes at halftime.
I must ensure that the top team on the schedule has someone to work the scorebook for each game.
Game Times are 16 minute halves running clock. The clock stops the last minute of the 2nd half.
The clock stops on all timeouts.
Rules for the tournament should always be visible on the table for officials, coaches, etc.
