All art at the festival must be the original work of the person entering the festival. You are not allowed to sell commercial manufactured items. If deemed not to be the entrant's orignal work, entrant may be rejected. The Board of Directors and/or festival committee reserve the right to reject any piece they deem not to be safely or harmoniously displayed in the vending space, and reject anywork that is deemed unsuitable for display.

Applications will be reviewed and applicant will be contacted concerning acceptance, via the email given. Other important instructions will be submitted to you once your application has been approved.

I hereby agree to participate in the 2024 LH JAMS festival. All participants agree to release, discharge or hold harmless the Clinton County Arts Council (CCAC), the Board of Directors, and the City of Lock Haven, the owners and any other spaces used for this event against any and all claims, losses and damages or liabiltiy of any kind.
