Thank you for your interest in participating in the Bmore Vegan Block Party 2026 💚
We’re excited to curate a vibrant experience with a variety of high-quality vegan food and products for our guests to enjoy.
To ensure a diverse selection, we will only accept 1–2 vendors per food or product category.
We strongly recommend reaching out prior to submitting your application so we can confirm availability within your category.

Date: September 12, 2026
Time: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Center Plaza (100 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD)
💰 Vendor Fees
Organization: $100
Product Vendor: $175
Non-Cooking Food Vendors: $200
Cooking Food / Food Truck Vendors: $300
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable!
📅 Important Deadline
Final day to apply: July 1, 2026**
📄 Vendor Requirements
All vendors selling food must have:
* A valid Street Vendor Permit
* A Temporary Food Service Facility License
🚗 Parking
Parking is available at Parkway Garage (100 W Fayette St)
The garage is located directly underneath the event. After parking, take the elevator up and you will arrive right in the middle of the Bmore Vegan Block Party. A DISCOUNT PARKING PASS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON ARRIVAL.
⏰ Vendor Timing
Set-Up Time: 10:30 AM arrival
Breakdown Time: Begins at 7:45 PM
♻️ Zero-Waste Commitment
We are proud to host a low-waste event rooted in sustainability.
All vendors are expected to follow Leave No Trace principles, including:
* Properly disposing of all waste
* Keeping your area clean throughout the event
* Removing all materials at the end of the event
*NO PLASTIC
You will be fined $150 if you leave behind any waste!
