Thank you for your interest in participating in the Vegan Block Party 2025! We are excited to offer a variety of vegan options for our guests to enjoy. Please note that we will only be allowing 1-2 vendors for each type of vegan food/product. To ensure that we are able to offer a diverse selection, please reach out to us prior to submitting your application so that we can let you know what types of vendors we have already secured for the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

Event Timing: September 13, 2025 3pm-8pm

Product vendor/Non cooking food vendor fee: $110

Cooking Food/ Food Truck Vendor Fee: $200

The last day of accepting vendors is also 8/30/2025

All applicants selling FOOD items must have a street vendor permit and all food vendors must have a TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE FACILITY LICENSE to participate.

Parking Garage location: 120 W Fayette st

Set-up Time: 11:30 arrival

Break-Down Time: 8:00pm

We want to remind everyone that we are committed to Leave No Trace principles. Please be sure to pack out all of your trash and dispose of it in the proper receptacles. Thank you for helping us keep our event site beautiful and for protecting our environment!

Dear Vendors,
We are excited to announce that our 2025 vegan block party is going to be a zero waste event! We are doing our best to provide dishes and utensils for all vendors, but if that is not possible, we ask that you purchase completely compostable or reusable dishes that can be washed and returned to you or composted.
We are also telling our guests to bring their own cups, bowls, utensils, etc., but with the large number of people expected to attend, we want to be prepared for everyone.
We will be sending out additional communication to vendors a couple of months before the event with more information regarding the zero waste requirements.
