Summer Service Days for Youth

Furever Friends is a summer camp program created for ages 6-10. We will learn, create, spend time with the animals, and have FUN!

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION: (1) This program is designed for ages 6-10 only. Camp will be Wed, Thurs, and Friday from 10am-2pm for whichever session you choose. Please only plan on ONE registration per child for the supper camp program. (2) Each child must have a release signed and dated by parent. Please read carefully and confirm dates prior to registration. (3) No late arrivals. No early departures. (4) There is a nonrefundable registration donation of $350 for each session, which must be paid at time of registration. Please only choose ONE registration week.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

I hereby grant the Greenville Humane Society permission to use my, and my child's likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications and social media, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Greenville Humane Society and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Greenville Humane Society to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Greenville Humane Society from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHIOTO RELEASE.
