A Boat Club member must be a member of the Pine Lake Manor Civic Association in good standing. Proof of insurance and valid registration for your watercraft must indicate Pine Lake Manor as your primary residence.

All items below must be provided by Monday, April 15, 2024 before mooring assignments will be made. Please note, completion of this application and payment by April 15, 2024 does not guarantee slip assignment. For details on how the Mooring Committee assigns slips, refer to the Boat Club Committee Operating Procedures.

Please provide the details of your installation request below. Payment to the contracted dock installer for this installation will be your responsibility. Given the nature of our past dock vendor relationships, completion of this form does not 100% guarantee the installation of your equipment. *

By placing my signature on this application, I acknowledge that I have read The Pine Lake Manor Boat Club Operational Procedures and agree to fully comply with all their provisions. Additionally, I acknowledge by my signature that Pine Lake Manor Boat Club assumes no responsibility for damage done to my private property, mooring poles, watercraft, their contents or accessories thereon due to fire, theft, accident or vandalism.
