You are requested to submit the form according to the category of your event/service:
Conferences/Flagship events: Minimum 45 working days before the event

Society Events (on discretion of MARCOM): Minimum 3 working days

SSKIC/CIT/EMEC/Alumni/ORIC: Minimum 7 working days

Academic Department Events: Minimum 5 working days

Publications: Minimum 21 working days

MARCOM reserves the right to refuse request outside of the minimum working days depending on existing workload.
