  • There are no fees to port numbers in or out.

    Porting a number typically takes 2-4 weeks. However, this may extend if the request is rejected by the carriers involved.

    Your dedicated porting manager will email you to provide updates on your request's progress and assist in resolving any rejections.

    You will be required to upload your latest monthly bill which lists the number(s) from your current provider. Alternatively, please provide a receipt of number purchase and/or a screenshot of your account portal with the number(s) listed.
