1、注册费用不可退还。
2、如果因故需要退出夏令营,请在开营2周以前提出书面或邮件申请,则可以得到全额退款。5月27日之后再提出退费,则只会部分返还。
3、学生因故不能来上课,学费将不退还,除非因老师个人或学校安排等原因无法提供课程。
4、在规定时间的5分钟后来接孩子,收取$1/分钟的迟接费。
1. The registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Withdraw requests must be submitted via a physical letter or an email two weeks prior to the starting date to receive a full refund. Any withdrawal request submitted after May 27th, 2024 will be considered as late request, and only partial refund will be issued.
3. Unless the class is canceled because of the teacher's personal reason or school arrangement, the tuition will NOT be refunded if students miss the class.
4、Late pick fee is $1/mintue after the 5 minutes grace period.

3. Venmo 网上付款(Preferred 推荐):
- Please connect a debit card/checking account (free) or credit card (3% charge) to Venmo (https://venmo.com)
- Scan the QR Code below. Or search Venmo user @ AllStars-MandarinCenter.
- Last four digits of All Stars's phone: 8258
- Write down the student's full name on the Venmo transaction memo.
- DO NOT turn on【purchase protection】, otherwise, Venmo will charge a transaction fee (1.9% +$0.1).
Once we receive both your Registration Form and payment, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt.
