Radiate is a 6-week embodiment journey for women who are tired of feeling disconnected from themselves.Through KunYin movement, breath, music, nervous system work, embodiment practices, body awareness, and deep inner work, Radiate helps women reconnect with their confidence, expression, power, and body from within.This work is for the woman who is ready to stop holding everything inside, stop searching outside of herself for validation, and finally feel connected, expressed, confident, and at home within herself again.
