LAKES - You’ll see life rings in various locations around the lakes. Make sure you know where they are and stay away from the soft edges of the lake.FISHING - Please collect permits from Reception or the Tackle Shop. Only fish in designated areas and take extra care when fishing around other people.VEHICLES - Speed limits are in place on the park for everyone’s safety. Please keep to the limits when driving and only park in the designated places.PARKING - Please refer to your accommodation type for parking information. Visitor cars to be parked in the main car park.HOT TUBS AND SAUNA* - Safety rules can be found on your 'Touchstay' Guide. This contains everything you need to know about using the hot tub and sauna safely so you can enjoy using them during your stay. *Applicable to accommodation with hot tubs and sauna unit only.DRONES - Unless written agreement has been received from park management, we do not allow the use of drones at Clawford Lakes due to safety and privacy requirements.FIREPIT - We have a large fire pit in front of Reception, all children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• I confirm that if I, or any of the group, have suffered or are suffering from epilepsy, giddy spells, asthma, diabetes, angina (or any other heart condition) capable of affecting water sports or other physical activity this is declared in the ‘participant information’ boxes above.
• I confirm that I/all participants are water confident wearing a buoyancy aid.
• I confirm that I/all participants are capable of using the craft in the conditions prevailing.
• I accept that all activities will be carried out at the participants own risk and Lakeshore Leisure will not be liable for any personal injury to myself or others (save where proven to be due to negligence of Lakeshore Leisure).
• I will ensure that I/all participants abide by the lakes Code of Conduct which applies at all times.
• I will ensure that I/all participants obey the instructions of Clawford Lakes Team and will leave the activity immediately if asked to do so.
• I consent to the use of data (except data relating to health) given by me, including that of other participants, for the purpose of monitoring the use of activities for use by Lakeshore Leisure only.
• No undertaking is given as to the suitability of the weather or the quality or fitness for use of the waters or their environs, but if you are asked to leave the water because of the weather, Clawford Lakes will endeavour to reschedule your activity in line with our Terms and Conditions.
• All vehicles are parked at owner’s risk and no liability is accepted for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.
• No liability is accepted for loss or damage of personal belongings taken onto the water including (without limitation) wallets, spectacles, clothing, etc.
STATEMENT OF RISK
Outdoor adventurous activities by their very nature involve risk and taking part requires acceptance of a certain level of risk. Lakeshore Leisure endeavour to maintain the personal development value of outdoor adventure activities and reduce the level of risk by meeting or exceeding industry standards, using qualified instructors and team members, ensuring appropriate equipment is provided and testing its procedures. Some residual risks that you need to be aware of include, but are not limited to slips, trips and falls, bumps and grazes, falling into water and exposure to the elements.
