  • The Warrior Factory Hamilton is excited that you are interested in our Tiny Ninja Classes! Please read below the steps of the sign up process.

     

    Step #1

    Fill out this Ninja Information Form (please note that you will be require to fill out one per Ninja).

     

    Step #2

    On the last page of this form, you will see our Tiny Ninja Class Membership agreement, followed by a signature box to agree to the terms. *THIS IS A MONTHLY RECURRING MEMBERSHIP, IT BEGINS AS SOON AS WE CHARGE YOUR CC ON FILE, AND CONTINUES MONTHLY UNTIL YOU CANCEL*

     

    Step #3

    Upon clicking "SUBMIT" you will be redirected to your Mindbody account, where you are to add Credit Card information (if you don't currently have one on file) to be automatically billed monthly.

     

    Step #4

    Within 1 business day, one of our amazing staff will receive your submission, and then will confirm that there is space in the class you chose. If there is space, Step #5 will begin, if not our staff will see if there is an alternative class that works for you.

     

    Step #5

    If there is space available in your chosen class (or you chose an available alternative class), our staff will immediately set up the Ninja with the "Tiny Ninja Class Membership" and have it charged to the CC information you placed on file, then enroll your Ninja in their chosen class. Each following month, on the same day, the CC on file will be charged the same amount.

    - Up to 2 Scheduled Instruction Class Per Week

    - Unlimited Open Plays (requires guardian supervision - guardian is not charged)

    - 15% Off All Parties

    - 10% Off All Merchandise.

     

    Tiny Ninja Class Base Membership ($110.00 + tax/month)

    - 1 Scheduled Instruction Class Per Week

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR CLASS CHOICE

  • Please note that the Sunday morning class will have weeks throughout the year where the class will require you to reschedule to a different class that week, or skip a week. This is due to competitions we will be hosting. 

    Any week this occurs, you will be able to attend any other class offered throughout the week.

    Please only choose the Sunday option if you are okay with the above.

  • Tiny Ninja Class Membership Agreement

    Please read the following agreement, and sign below.

  • The cost for this membership is as shown previous under "Membership Level Choice", and will be automatically billed each month based to the credit card on your Mindbody account, based on the Payment Choice you made.

    CANCELLATION: The Warrior Factory Hamilton requires 30 days notice prior to your next billing date to cancel this contract. Any cancellation requested within 30 days of the next billing date will result in the cancellation taking place the following month (i.e a billing date of October 1st would require notice of cancellation by September 1st to end the contract prior to October 1st. If cancellation is requested anytime after September 1st, the cancellation will take place the following billing date of November 1st).
