Scholarship Application Guidelines

The WECHS PTSA is pleased to offer the opportunity to apply for the following scholarship to all WECHS students in Class of 2024. This scholarship is for students continuing their education at a 2 or 4 year accredited college, vocational or technical school, or other accredited post-secondary program. Applicant Qualifications: Graduating from WECHS in Class of 2024 GPA of 2.5 or higher Acceptance at a qualifying institution, as detailed above, for the school year beginning in Fall 2024.

Scholarship Application Deadline: April 8, 2024 by 11:59 p.m. All applicants submit the form and send the link to the reference form.

NOTE: Late or Incomplete application packets will not be considered. No exceptions.

Scholarship Application Submission: Confirm all required forms are included

Application Form completed and signed by student

Activities sheet detailing school and community service/activities, achievements, and employment experiences

At least one letter of reference: Can be from teacher, mentor, sponsor, advisor, coach, or supervisor.

PTSA Scholarship Payments will be applied directly to recipient's post-secondary tuition as soon as possible. Scholarship payments are issued by WECHS PTSA Treasurer and are subject to the school disbursement schedule.

I have read the requirements pertaining to the WECHS PTSA Scholarship Program and completed all necessary forms. If awarded a scholarship grant and my enrollment at designated institution change, I will inform the PTSA President and WECHS North Campus Administrator about the change of plans in order for: 1) the scholarship payment to be awarded to my new accredited institution or 2) the scholarship to be withdrawn due to non-enrollment in accredited institution.

SCHOLARSHIP Application Essay Response
