I understand that all bookings are based on a first come, first served basis.

I understand that when purchasing my swim lesson package, there is a 3% credit card transaction fee for each purchase.

I understand that any cancellation will require 72-hours’ notice to receive a credit for any future lessons that have not been paid for. Without 72 hours’ notice, I will not be subjected to a refund or credit for future lessons.

I understand that there may not be make-up slots available for any cancelled lessons.

I understand that weather cancellations may occur and will result in a credit towards my next lesson, or a make-up date if the instructor’s schedule allows.

I understand that I may not be able to reschedule any lessons due to bookings of other clients.

I understand that due to the nature of a Mobile Swim company, lessons may start 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late due to traffic and the distance of travel from client to client. I will receive my allotted time as scheduled and paid for.

I understand that children 2 years and younger will receive a 20-minute lesson during a 30-minute time slot due to attention span.

I understand that my child is not receiving Infant Self Rescue (ISR) swim lessons, nor is my child’s instructor ISR certified.

I understand that there are certain risks involved with swimming and related activities. I hereby agree to assume all liability for myself and my child during swim lessons.
