Understanding Biases and Telling Your Story: A Workshop on Effective One-on-One Conversations
Location: Park Ave Community Center, 129 Park Ave, Swarthmore, PA 19081

This interactive workshop helps you explore and articulate your story while understanding conscious and unconscious biases that shape our interactions. Through group discussions and exercises, you’ll learn to navigate one-on-one conversations, ask meaningful questions, and recognize diverse perspectives.

Community Dialogue Event: Our Stories Connect
Location: Providence Friends Meeting 105 N. Providence Rd. Media Pa 19063
As a follow-up to the workshop, this dialogue event invites you to share your story or listen actively to others, applying new skills to challenge biases and deepen understanding. Conversations are in groups of no more than 3, lasting 30-minutes each. You can expect to have 4 conversations over the course of the afternoon!
