2025 Melissa’s Race Sponsor Commitment & Promotion Release
I authorized Melissa’s Race to use: (a) my name and/or (b) any photographs or logos which I have provided to Melissa’s Race to promote or advertise the 2025 MELISSA’S RACE. Such promotion or advertising may include, but is not limited to, the publication, display and exhibition of my organization name and/or logos and/or photos. I understand that the 2025 MELISSA’S RACE is an event sponsored by Melissa Vosburg, Inc., where participants walk or run and fundraise for brain cancer research and confirm that such a chartable purpose is sufficient compensation for me. I declare my consent to be irrevocable and release Melissa Vosburg, Inc. from any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of my organization name and/or logos and/or photographs as previously described. As a SPONSOR, I will provide an electronic copy of the logo to be used on event materials.

Marketing Materials: With your sponsorship, you also have the option to enclose one giveaway in each race packet or have one giveaway available for participants to take at pickup. Please choose whether you will be providing items for this.
