Effective April 2022 – Aqua Sun, Inc will require a signed service agreement and a card on file in order to complete weekly services. Without a valid card on file, we cannot proceed with service visits.
However, customers are NOT required to pay using their card on file (but may choose to do so). Invoice payments can be made with cash, check, or credit/debit cards.
The card on file will not be charged unless: the customer authorizes Aqua Sun, Inc to complete automated payments and/or the customer's unpaid balance exceeds 15 days.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in postponement of service or termination of the customer's service agreement.
