All students are required to fill out a registeration form. If you have more than one child registeration, you will need to register PER child. Payments are processed securely through Square. Etransfer is also accepted. You will receive a confirmation email which includes a copy of this form for your reference.

We value you and your child's health as well as the health of the staff. We kindly ask parents/guardian(s) to keep your child at home are feeling unwell or show any of the following symptoms.

• Fever over 38 degrees Celcius
• Infected eyes or skin
• Any times of communicable disease (eg. flu, covid, chicken pox, etc)
• Unexplained nausea or vomiting
• Acute cold with fever, runny nose, or congestion

As safety of our students is our priority, Blue Tree Academy reserves the right to refuse entrance of anyone who appears to have any of the above symptoms. If a child comes sick at the centre, we will contact the parent/guardian(s) to pick up the child. If the parent/guardian(s) are unable to pick up the child, we will contact the emergency contact person to pick up the child. Please note that we do NOT administer medication to children at our center.

Please note if no authorized contact can be reached in case of a medical emergency, local emergency services (9-1-1) may be contacted. Parent/guardian(s) will be responsible for any charges that are not covered by insurance.

Due to the nature of our unique programs, Blue Tree Academy does not provide make-up classes for learning. We do however understand that situations may arise and there may be a need to cancellation. With a 24-hour notice, Blue Tree Academy will issue a credit for the child's missed class towards their next full program registration with a maximum of 2 classes credited to be issued in each full-term program. Credit will not be issued for any cancellation without 24 hours notice prior to the session. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you are registered for a full program, you have up to 24 hours prior to the start of the 2nd class to withdraw. After this time, it will be non-refundable.

We strive to allow students to have experiential learning opportunities. For this reason, we may leave the centre to explore the neighbourhood areas. Although we do everything we can do to prevent injury, going off the Blue Tree Academy property carries a certian level of risk. While minor injuries like bruises, bumps, and scrapes are not uncommon, serious and life-changing injuries are rare. It is impossible to guarantee that accidents will not happen.

Acceptance of these risks is required on the condition of your child's participation in outdoor experiential education. 

Blue Tree Academy may take photos and videos within the centre's premises for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child, yourself, or a family member to be photographed, please let us know.
