MGC Fun Play Friday

First session 3:00-3:45 for 1-5 year olds

(parent-assisted session) 

Second session 4:00-4:45 for prep to grade 6

(non-parent assisted)

Both sessions: $10 for members / $15 for non-members

At our Windsor centre, 74 Punt Road

 

 

Come and enjoy free play time in our fully equipped gymnastics centre.

Sessions will be supervised by qualified coaches. 

Agreement and Waiver

By signing below, I agree to the following terms and conditions of the event:

         First Session:

• One assisting adult per child. Please get in contact with us if your child needs more assistance or if you are the only parent supervising siblings.
• The assisting adults are not allowed to go on the equipment, this is not an adult gymnastics class.

Second Session:

• Pick-up is strictly at 4:45pm from the second session, please be aware any late pick-ups may incur additional charges.

Both Sessions:

• Leave adequate safety gaps between gymnasts when on the trampoline
• Pay attention to your surroundings to stay safe
• Make sure you have enough space for the skills you are attempting
• Take turns on the equipment
• Treat other people in the space with kindness and respect
• If unsure of anything, please check with supervising coaches first.

• By signing below you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and policies available on our website. You understand and agree that the nature of the program involves physical activities which inherently carry some risk of injury. You should instruct the gymnast to follow the gymnastics safety rules provided by their coaches.
• Under no circumstance should children be sharing food through the event to prevent any risk of allergic reaction. Any participants with known asthma or Anaphylaxis are required to bring their inhaler or EpiPen with them and make any medication or medical conditions known to MGC coaches. 
• There is no refund or credit available for missed attendance or change of mind.
• I understand the club policies and procedures as outlined in the general information handbook and competitive information handbooks available on the website to view
• You hereby provide your consent to you/your child/your children participating in all MGC activities and you accept all risks associated with that participation. In addition, you hereby waive any entitlement to make any claim of negligence against MGC, other than any claim which cannot properly be excluded by law. • MGC requests permission to photograph or video students during our programs for the purposes of promoting our programs and gym centres. Your child’s name, class day or time will never be placed with their image. Captions placed with images will always be general for example: “Students hang on the rings at gymnastics”.
• By signing below, you give permission for you and your child to have their photo or video taken for marketing purposes. You understand these photos will be used by MGC for promotional purposes, including websites, posters, newsletters, social media, traditional advertising, digital advertising, and within external documents. You understand that you can change or withdraw your permission at any time by contacting MGC’s office.
• Please feel free to request any copies of photos of your or your child which appear on our marketing material by contacting us.
• By signing below, you agree your MGC account being debited for the amount OR for non-members to pay on arrival before joining the class.
