If you have a caricature session at your event, you may choose to get your event name or logo printed on each page (standard printing paper 8.5x11" or 11x17 which is the next size bigger). I'll personally print the amount requested and use it at the event. Guests will remember this special day for years to come!

Changes After Booking Policy

Availability for Changes: Changes to your booking are not guaranteed and are subject to my personal availability. Booking and paying in advance reserves a specific time slot—not flexible rescheduling. No Rescheduling Guarantee: Paying ahead does not give you the option to change your time slot at will. Your booking is for the agreed-upon date and time only. Upgrades & Adjustments: You may upgrade to a higher-priced caricature service or add extra hours at any time, subject to availability. Requests to reduce hours or switch to a lower-priced service may be submitted, but are only considered within 7 days of your original booking and are not guaranteed. After 7 days, no reductions in time or service level will be allowed, regardless of how far out your event is. Invoices for Changes: If you’d like to make an upgrade or add hours, a separate invoice will be sent. Payment for Changes: Any changes must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, or the request will be denied.*

Travel Policy

Please note: If it takes me more than an hour to reach your event (with or without traffic), a $30 travel fee will be required both to and from. This fee will be for every hour it takes for me to reach your event. A separate invoice will be sent and must be paid in addition to this form for me to service your event. This will be added to the remaining balance which will be sent as an invoice after you book. This will be due 48 hours after it is sent (if you book in full) or 7 days before your event date (if you book using direct deposit). I will not be able to service your event if this is not completed. Payments are non refundable, unless I (or my artists), no call-no show.*

Cancellation Policy

Please note that the 40% deposit and $40 administrative fee are non-refundable. These payments secure your event date and cover essential preparation costs. Refunds for cancellations are offered as follows: 30 or More Days Before the Event: Refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit and administrative fee. 15-29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the total payment, excluding the deposit and fee. 14 Days or Less Before the Event: No refunds. However, you have 30 days to reschedule me for your event. Free of charge!*
