Thank you for your interest in applying to the 2025 Dr. Keith Berend Summer Fellowship Program. This is a highly competitive application and program, and the Health Professions Advisory Committee (HPAC) is committed to reviewing and selecting the strongest students to represent FSC. 

• Dr. Berend will host his annual summer fellowship program in New Albany, Ohio at JIS Orthopedics.
• This summer's experience will be from mid/late-June - late July/early August (EXACT DATES still To Be Determined). Students MUST commit to the entire six-week timeframe.
• Students will receive the funds to cover travel as well as a stipend for their participation.
