This includes application charges, security deposits (up to 1 month's rent for apartments, and up to 2 months for houses), rental fees, and any additional charges that may apply.

The amount required for a deposit can vary, as we strive to keep costs affordable. It's very important to do your reasearch on the property to make sure it fits your needs perfectly.

Down Payments & Refunds ✨
Your Commitment: Down payments are a critical part of your rental agreement with us. Please note, TheVelvetStore does not negotiate or offer refunds on these payments, with the exception of Direct Move-Ins. If you've made a down payment for an approved rental but decide not to move forward, whether a refund is possible will depend on the rental company's policy. This underscores the value of thorough research before making decisions.

Application Guidelines & Processing Fees ✨
Submission Policy: To ensure fairness among all our clients, we limit application submissions to 3 per week.

Approval and Fees:✨

If we get 3 approved applications and you choose not to proceed with any rentals, a new approval fee will be required. This fee is to prevent the process from being unnecessarily prolonged by indecision and is non-refundable .

It's crucial to conduct extensive research before moving forward, As all fees and down payments are non-refundable. Due to mass inconsideration and there are NO REFUNDS only alternative options offered. If it is your first place please familiarize yourself with the approval and apartment process. Plan for any inconveniences I.E your unit/place not ready on adversited date or any negliance on leasees end, TheVelvetStore can only guarantee approval and application submission on in the desired timeframe of package purchased, under circumstances of rental/realtor companies they do not have to rent to you, they have the option to prolong the application then wait for you to rescind the application. During the process they may have overhead approval/ providing additional information once approved and before handing over keys.
