    The 2025 YJP Luvin Arms Retreat invites Jains ages 24 to 42 for an unforgettable weekend of connection, service, and spirituality at Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary in Erie, Colorado.

    Participants will have the unique and meaningful opportunity to spend time with rescued farmed animals, building lasting friendships, and reflect in a space that nurtures compassion — for ourselves, for one another, and for all living beings.

     

    Retreat Details

    Dates: Thursday, September 18 – Sunday, September 21, 2025

    Program Schedule:
    • Day 1 (Thurs, Sept. 18): 2:00 PM MST – 9:00 PM MST
    • ⁠Day 2 (Fri, Sept. 19): 9:00 AM MST – 8:00 PM MST
    • ⁠Day 3 (Sat, Sept. 20): 9:00 AM MST – 8:00 PM MST
    • ⁠Day 4 (Sun, Sept. 21): 9:00 AM MST – 1:00 PM MST

    Retreat Registration:$389 per attendee.

    Included with Registration:
    • Daily lunch, dinner, and snacks
    • Camp T-Shirt
    • Full access to all retreat programming (e.g., animal care service, workshops, yoga, art, cooking, and more)

    Note: Overnight accommodations and transportation are not included in the registration fee and must be arranged separately.

  • Young Jain Professionals Retreat Rules and Regulations

    The Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary Young Jain Professional Retreat Rules and Regulations are designed so that all campers have a fun and safe experience. It is important that all participants abide by the rules. Therefore we ask that all participants familiarize themselves with this information. Participants will be asked to acknowledge agreeing to these rules and regulations when signing their camp registration.

  • General Conduct:

    • Respect for Animals: Guests should interact with animals under supervision and according to sanctuary guidelines. Feeding animals without permission is  prohibited.
    • Respect for Other Guests: Guests are expected to be polite and respectful. Demonstrating respect for one anothers belongings is also expected. 
    • No Pets Allowed: Bringing pets is restricted to avoid stress to the sanctuary animals and for safety reasons.
    • Alcohol and Smoking: Alcohol consumption and smoking is prohibited.

    Participation:

    • Guests are encouraged to participate in all scheduled activities, including guided tours, animal care routines, and educational programs.
    • Dress Code: Practical and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities is recommended.  Closed toe shoes are required.
    • Orientation: Attendance at orientation is mandatory to familiarize guests with sanctuary protocols and emergency procedures. 

    Environmental Sustainability:

    • Waste Management: Guests might be asked to minimize waste, recycle, and compost. Use of single-use plastics is discouraged.
    • Water and Electricity Use: Conservation of water and electricity is often encouraged, with guidelines on minimizing use.
    • Respect for Nature: Stay on marked paths, do not disturb wildlife, and adhere to sanctuary boundaries.

    Health and Safety:

    • COVID-19 Protocols: Depending on the current situation, there might be mask mandates and social distancing requirements.
    • First Aid: The sanctuary has first aid available, but guests with specific health concerns should bring necessary medication and inform the organizers in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy for Luvin Arms Retreat Event

    Thank you for choosing to join us at the Luvin Arms Retreat Event. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants and organizers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

    Notification Periods and Refunds:

    • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of any fees paid, minus a small 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
    • 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total fee paid.
    • 14 days or less before the event: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to the proximity of the event date. This is because costs and arrangements have already been finalized based on the number of expected attendees.
    • Processing Time for Refunds: Please allow up to 14 business days to process refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when booking.

    Transferring Your Spot: If you cannot attend and it’s past the refund cutoff date, you can transfer your spot to another individual. Please inform us at least seven days before the event to make the necessary arrangements.


    Event Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the retreat, registrants will receive a full refund within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.


    Weather or Other Unforeseen Circumstances: If the retreat is affected by severe weather or other unforeseen major events beyond our control, we will strive to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, attendees will receive a full refund.
