Please be aware that artwork is an add-on service and is not included in the base package. If you wish to include custom artwork, kindly send your art inspiration within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so may result in no artwork or a simplified version of your request. Additionally, please remember that art inspiration serves as a reference for me to interpret creatively; I do not replicate artwork.Thank you for your understanding!

Policies

Attendance:

We understand that plans can change. You have a 72 hour window to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment. If you do so within this time, there's no penalty. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the service cost, which must be paid before you can rebook. If you make any changes to the appointment within 72 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for the full payment of the original service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment or notify me if you are running late. If you are 10 minutes late, a $15 fee will be added to your service. If you are 15 minutes late, I will cancel your appointment or adjust the services to accommodate the delay.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total and must pay in full before booking again.

Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You have a 72 hour window to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment. If you do so within this time, there's no penalty. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for 90% of the service cost, which must be paid before you can rebook. If you make any changes to the appointment within 72 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for the full payment of the original service.

Attendance

Please arrive on time for your appointment or notify me if you are running late. If you are 10 minutes late, a $20 fee will be added to your service. If you are 15 minutes late, I may have to cancel your appointment or adjust the services to accommodate the delay.

Payment

New clients must send a $60 nonrefundable deposit to secure their appointment—this will go toward your total the day of service. I accept Cash App, Zelle, and cash for all services.

Nail Quality

I offer free repairs within 2 days of your appointment. After that, repairs are $1 per minute.

Nail Art: Please voice your likes and dislikes during your service because these are YOUR nails, and they'll be with you for weeks. Any changes to the nails after the initial service will be $1 per minute. If changes to the original artwork are requested, a $10 fee will be added to the service.

This consent form is valid for on year, you will be notified of any changes to the form and asked to resubmit.

By signing below, I acknowledge and confirm the following: I release Nichol (Intentionails) from any liability in the event of accident, illness, or injury. I affirm that all information provided in this form is true, complete, and accurate. I understand and acknowledge that no guarantees have been made regarding the outcome of the service(s) provided.

Nail Care and Expectations
