Policies
Cancellation: You have 72 hours to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for 90% of the service, this must be paid before you can rebook. If you make any changes to the appointment within 72 hours of your appointment you are responsible for the full payment of the original service.
Attendance: Please arrive to your appointment on time or notify me if you are running late. If you are 10 minute late a $15 fee will be added to your service. If you are 15 minutes late you appointment will either be cancelled or your services will be adjusted to accomodate the delay.
Payment: New clients must send a $60 nonrefundable deposit before their apointment is approved. This amount will go towards your service the day of your appointment. I accept Cashapp, zelle and cash for all services.
Release liability: I confirm that all information given in this form is true, complete, and accurate.
I released Nichol (NicciSweetNailz) for any responsibility in case of accident, illness, or injury.
I acknowledge that no assurance was offered about the outcome.
By signing I am agreeing to the terms within the cancellation, attendance and payment policy.
