Please convert my membership category to City Exchange with Network benefits. I understand this change is subject to availability and if accepted, my new monthly dues rate will be $375. This membership is non-transferable. 

City Exchange memberships include a monthly credit equal to the amount of the monthly dues rate, excluding applicable taxes, actually paid the previous calendar month (“Exchange Credit”). I may use the Exchange Credit toward food and beverage purchases and member event charges (excluding service charges and applicable taxes) at the Club. Each Exchange Credit must be used within the calendar month it is issued, and any value remaining upon the expiration of the respective calendar month will be automatically forfeited and will not rollover to the next calendar month. Regardless of my use of the Club’s facilities and amenities, the Exchange Credit is not redeemable for cash, has no stored value, is not transferable and is issued for promotional purposes only. 

With Network benefits, Members (as defined by the Club’s Membership Bylaws) receive a discount (currently 25% off) on à la carte dine-in food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating city clubs outside of outside of their Home Club, city clubs in California and The Collective in Seattle. Members also enjoy non-discounted dining at participating city clubs, golf and country clubs, and stadium clubs locally and when traveling. 

Members may also enjoy up to 12 rounds of golf per membership per calendar year, but in no event more than 2 rounds per month, at participating clubs in the Invited network locally and when traveling (cart fees and applicable Play Rates apply, and some clubs offer non-peak access only). 

Discounts may change and do not apply toward Club holiday or special events, private events, alcoholic beverages, guest charges, applicable service charges or the equivalent thereof (which will be calculated on the full ticket amount) or applicable taxes, and discounts may not be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Discounts do not apply to certain dining venues or premium/limited menu items, as determined by the Club or participating club. Reservations must be made through ClubLine. Member also agrees to pay any expenses Member incurs at the participating clubs at the time of service with an acceptable form of payment as required by the participating club and to conform to and be bound by the membership bylaws and rules and regulations of the participating club, as amended from time to time. Member acknowledges that Member has reviewed the terms and conditions associated with Network benefits, which may be found at invitedclubs.com/terms-and-conditions or upon request from the Club, and Member agrees to all such terms and conditions and that any of the terms and conditions or benefits may be amended, modified and/or discontinued by Associate Clubs International or the Club at any time. 

All rates are subject to increases and applicable taxes. All privileges are subject to availability and all memberships are governed by the Club’s Membership Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, as each may be amended from time to time by the Club (collectively, the “Membership Documents”). To the extent this Agreement may conflict with the Membership Documents, the terms of this Agreement control. 

If signing this Agreement electronically, the undersigned agrees that such electronic signature has the full force and effect of a signature affixed by hand to a paper document. If this membership includes a spouse, the undersigned certifies that they have the authority to and do hereby sign and agree to these terms on behalf of such spouse.
