Travel & No Compensation of Lost Wages Acknowledgement

I acknowledge, if selected, that Teamsters 856 will provide travel to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico and accommodations for the duration of the conference. Selected applicants will also receive a per diem. However, selected applicants will not be compensated for any lost wages incurred as a result of attending the Teamsters Women’s Conference. Your Teamsters 856 representative will work with you and your employer to secure time off, vacation or otherwise, to attend the event.
