I understand autopayment enrollment is required.

I understand that all fees and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I understand that dance tuition is charged as a weekly subscription. Processed a week prior to held classes on Mondays.

A student is considered enrolled and subscription payments are based on enrollment and not student class attendance. (In order to stop payments, an official withdrawal notice must be processed at least 72 hours prior to the automatic draft date.)

I understand that no cash or payments are accepted on the premises. All payments must be made via the automatic draft. 

I understand that dancers must wear their designated dress code and dance shoes to each class.

I understand that autopay is required with a valid credit card on file. Convenience fees apply: Credit Card 4% or ACH Electronic Check 2%
